The instructional DVD will cover topics ranging from conditioning methods to Taekwon-do philosophy, and more; it even boasts some interesting features such as high definition video performances and a fully interactive 3D animation training aid. The interactive animation allows a multi-angled view of the animated performance of a form in real time which means that the viewer can control the speed of the performance, rotate the camera around the performer while the form is being performed all in real time. This allows for a deeper study of how forms are executed because the viewer can catch the finer details of body mechanics. Thanks to the project's use of motion capture technology viewers can enjoy realistic and accurate movements from the animation. Look for "This is Taekwon-do" around the first week of September 2012.
